Teamwork
- There are four different, distinct team members assigned to each customer. They work as a team to ensure all details are focused on; raising the bar of the typical management program.
- This provides for:
- Consistency: Customer Service and Work Order processing is focused on to ensure no loss of service and clear follow up accountability.
- Details: The Operations Department handles the important administrative details of the CC&R oversights.
- Personal Attention: The Architectural Coordinators handle all details of plan review from general questions, to walking a homeowner through the review process.
- Focus: The lead Community Manager is assigned for a period of no less than one (1) year allowing them to focus on the needs of the customer.
- Flat Management: The principals are accessible to clients on a daily basis. We are on a first name basis with all of our clients; they are not just a name on a page.

Financial Management
- Reserve funding is critical. All of our customers currently maintain reserve levels of 85% or higher.
- Assertive collections management and tracking. Customized delinquency reporting.
- Automatic Check Handling (ACH)
- Accounts Payable and Receivables: Invoices are paid correctly and punctually. Payments are posted on a daily basis. Back-ups are neatly kept and available upon request.
- Monthly actual cash availablity analysis is provided in addition to the monthly financial report.
- Our Accounting Team is capable and willing to provide all aspects of financial function, forecasting and/or analysis to help our customers make sound and healthy financial choices.
