Prior to starting the company in 1999, Ms. Huseby hald the position of Vice President of Management for a large Orange County based management firm for 13 years.
Ms. Huseby holds a Bachelor's degree from Gonzaga University in Washington State. In 1993, she earned the designation of a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) and in 1999 she earned the national designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). She has served three consecutive terms on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).

MARGO CRUMMACK

Prior to starting the company in 1999, Ms. Crummack held the position of Vice President of New Project Development from 1988 - 1999 for a large Orange County based management firm.
In 1993, she earned the California State designation of a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) and in 1996 the national designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). She has served four consecutive terms on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). Ms. Crummack is also a faculty member for the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has served on various committees.
