		Introduction
		Crummack-Huseby, Inc., is celebrating our 10-year anniversary. Our Corporate office is located in Lake Forest, California. We provide service to over 40 satisfied clients: 95% of who have been managed by Crummack-Huseby, Inc., since community inception. The founders are managing partners, each having more than 20 years of experience in Common Interest Development management. Before starting Crummack-Huseby, Inc., the principals held executive positions at another Orange County firm for thirteen years supervising over 30,000 total units in Orange County. Both managing partners posses the state designation of Certified Community Association Management (CCAM) and the Nation designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Crummack-Huseby, Inc., has purposefully created a niche company for the specialized client. It was our goal to know our customers, their needs and employ the best resources available.
