New Community Development
- Legal Documents: Excellent working knowledge of CC&Rs and Bylaws. We also have strong relationships with attorneys in Orange County that specialize in creating these documents.
- Consistency: The assigned Community Management Consultant will be on an account at minimum one (1) year. In order to be consistent, you need to have a consistent manager.
- Executive Management: Is not only available but involved throughout the build-out process.
- Annexation Details: We have extensive experience reading tract maps, condominium plans, DRE phase budgets and annexation schedules. We take a lead role in the coordination of land annexations and tracking of those annexations and corresponding recorded documents.
- Professionalism: Our Community Management Consultants are all professionals. Our consultants are formally educated and possess a high level of business acumen.
